Marlaine is our President with 40 years industry experience. Marlaine handles the Brokerage Operations and Accounting as well as mentoring our Team.

Curtis is our Vice President. Curtis provides guidance to our Farm and Commercial clients, leads the Sales Team, including our Website and Social Media presence.

Karen Armstrong
Karen has over 40 years industry experience and specializes in the underwriting of our Farm and Commercial Insurance risks, both new and existing. She is extremely knowledgeable and is our in-house policy wordings expert!

Cassandra Smith
Cassandra has over 10 years customer service experience as a Dental Assistant and as a Dental Insurance Claim Specialist. She enjoys marketing and continues to be a tremendous asset as we navigate our digital presence. Cassandra takes great pride in working within her community and is enjoying her new role as a Personal Lines Account Manager.

Kathleen Forty
Kathleen is our Personal Lines Underwriting Manager, providing underwriting guidance to our Team on a daily basis. She lives within our community and comes from a family immersed in insurance. As a result, Kathleen has acquired an extensive understanding of how the industry works. This knowledge gives her the insight to identify opportunities for finding the best solutions for our Team and our clients.

Victoria is our Commercial Lines Account Executive. She has over 20 years customer service and sales experience. Whether Commercial, high valued homes and/or automobiles, Victoria always finds the right solution for her clients, no matter how simple or complex their needs may be!

Joana has 10 years experience in customer service, including 3 years as a Technical Service Representative in the insurance industry. She is enjoying her new role as Personal Lines Account Manager and is happy to assist her clients as they navigate their policies. Joana is a long time resident of Georgina and is fluent in both English and Portuguese.
