Why do I need Condominium insurance in Ontario?
In Ontario, condo insurance is required for all condo owner's. This insurance covers a condo owner's contents, common elements (such as condo gyms, elevators, and lounges), liability and more. Most Condo Board and any mortgage would require that you protect yourself and any cross liability where the condo policy may require yours to respond.
